When stylists, photographers, hairdressers, ... a whole crew comes to San Martino for the shooting of a commercial... Very nice people. A different reality from ours.

I think Karin and Antonio are stretching their “boundaries” and teaching me that for very well-balanced persons as they are comfort zones are not anymore needed.

When I cross another car one of us has to stop on the side and let the other car pass through.

Good Morning 🎶

while I look at the endless space I remember a beautiful poem by the great poet Leopardi, a poem that we were taught by heart at school. Here is a part:

"(…) But sitting and marvelling, interminable

space there beyond, and superhuman

do my mind envisage, until my heart

can endure no more. And as the wind

I hear rustling through the foliage, the

infinite silence to that voice

do I compare: I remember eternity,

Blissful Tuesday 🌿

I think one of the best “compliments” that I receive is when a guest with a satisfied smirk says: “ This place is exactly what I expected”.
Because it means that this strange photo journal on Instagram that I «write» almost every day corresponds to reality.

On this table you see homemade desserts: it's Antonio who every evening prepares a vegan cake for your breakfast.
He's the pastry chef and only a few times when he has no time, I do it.

Penso che uno dei più bei complimenti che ricevo è quando sento dire con gioia da un nuovo ospite: “Questo posto è esattamente come me l’aspettavo”.
Perché vuol dire che questo strano diario fotografico corrisponde a realtà.

In questa foto i dolci che vedete sono opera di Antonio che ogni sera prepara una torta vegana per la vostra colazione della mattina dopo. Raramente quando non ha tempo di farlo, allora lo faccio io.

In the early morning hours, clouds were there. Not anymore.
And if you are thinking: She always speaks of «slow living» and «consciousness», so why is she showing us a time-lapse scene??

Well, the answer is quite simple: I click on the wrong button on my mobile 😂

But I couldn't toss this very short video because in some way it shows the truth.
Karin is the person you never will see doing anything.
She is a «makeoholic» (I know that this saying doesn't exist, so pardon me, whereas it perfectly fits with her temperament!

I am grateful for knowing Karin. She is my muse. And today I am grateful for this delightful breeze that caresses my skin under this sun. Thank you Life💚

Questa mattina presto c’erano ancora nuvole. Ora il sereno è tornato.
Se vi chiedete perché sto condividendo un video accelerato visto che parlo spesso di «vivere con lentezza» e di «essere coscienti», la risposta è semplice: ho sbagliato a schiacciare il tasto e ho selezionato il time-lapse sul telefonino 😂

Ma non me la sento cestinare questa scena, perché in fondo ritrae bene il carattere di Karin.
Karin è sempre in azione, fa sempre qualcosa. Ed è lei la mia musa.
Sono grata alla vita che me l’ha fatta conoscere. E oggi sono anche grata per questo venticello rigenerante che soffia e accarezza la mia pelle sotto il sole.
