FOOD IN FATTORIA.
Over ten years ago, we began to turn our land in Montepulciano over to biodynamic, organic farming; raising our crops in ways that are, like nature,
self-sustaining.
That's why we specialise in what is organic, fresh, seasonal and local:
vegetables, fresh from our kitchen garden; award-winning handmade cheeses from
local organic Creamery; breads, pasta and cakes by hands, organic wine and
beer.
We have a large refurbished dining-room where the food is served up at a long
wood table below antique chandeliers or, when the weather is nice, outdoor
seatings where you can enjoy the view of the old medieval town.
